A long week.

March 3, 2006

I’ve made it. Well not made it home yet but made it through the week. This is the first week I have cycled four days this year, I think, it is certainly the hardest. The cold weather, the 58 miles on Sunday but most of all giving blood on Monday caused me to discover that the granny gear on my bike did not work. It does now, I used it this morning and will use it on the way home.

Including the two trips on the triplet to ferry kids to and from school while the car was being serviced, not that I would have used the car anyway but I really had no choice, I will have done 239miles by the time I get home. That however will not be the end of it as the triplet will be out tomorrow to to add another 6 or so taking my Son to Football.

  1. That’s a heck of a lot of miles Chris – make sure you don’t end up over-training!
